Nicholas Phillip Leonard, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he broke a court order and went and made contact with a 46 year-old woman at a home on Hennon Drive.
Reports added that the two became engaged in an argument leading Leonard to throw a table at the victim.
Leonard is charged with simple assault and aggravated stalking.
