Nicholas Phillip Leonard, 22 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he wet her with tea before spitting on her and then striking her in the head.
Reports said that Leonard also broke a coffee pot in the kitchen of her home on Hennon Drive.
Leonard is charged with criminal trespass and battery.
