Deshawn Jyrell Cunningham, 30 of Cartersville, was arrested in Rome after reports said he knocked a 34 year-old woman’s door in and then proceeded to make contact with her intimate body parts.
The incident occurred at a home on Roseway Circle.
Cunningham is charged with sexual battery and criminal trespass.
