Jeremy Chad Shaw, 43 of Argaon, was arrested this week after reports said he told a woman that if he had a knife he would slit her throat.
Reports added that he then told the woman that if he saw her out on the street he would shoot her.
Shaw is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
