Amber Nicole Hembree, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she lied to police about being attacked during an altercation that occurred July 9th at a home on Juniper Way.
Reports said that Hembree has since provided written documentation stating that she had lied about the incident.
Hembree is charged with false report of a crime.
