Jefferson Brack Thompson, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was drunk in public while acting in a disorderly manner.
Reports said that Thompson “acted in a tumultuous manner toward another person” at a location on Green and Gold Blvd.
Thompson is charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.
