Tevian Markez Williams Sr, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said assaulted another with man with a gun.
Reports stated that Williams allegedly pointed a gun at the victim at a location on East 13th Street back on June 19th.
Authorities added that Williams was also wanted on child support warrants.
Williams is charged with aggravated assault and two counts contempt of superior court.
