Christopher Joseph Brown, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him driving under the influence of marijuana.
Reports said that after being pulled over for driving without a tag GSP troopers discovered that he was driving while under the influence of drugs.
Troopers then discovered marijuana in his possession.
Brown is charged with DUI drugs, possession of marijuana and driving on an expired tag.
