Rome Woman Charged with Stealing Thousands from Local Business

Harley Blake Carroll, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly stole $22,301 from New Horizons Treatment Center on Chateau Court.

Reports said that the thefts occurred between January 16, 2019 until April 24^th.

Carroll is charged with felony theft by taking.
