Adam Darelle Kelley, 40 of Rome, was arrested at a home on Division Street after reports said he threatened to kill a woman.
Reports added that Kelley then refused to give his name and date of birth to law enforcement.
Kelley is charged with terroristic threats and obstruction of law enforcement.
