Theon Demire Trammell, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found driving a stolen car on North Broad Street.
After being pulled over it was also discovered that Trammel was a wanted fugitive in Iowa.
Trammell is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property and fugitive from justice.
