A Rockmart couple, Anthony Samuel Tumpson, 30, Kayla Morris, 30, were arrested at a home on Reeceburg Road after they were allegedly found with thousands of dollars worth of stolen merchandise and tools commonly used to commonly used to commit burglary.
Both are charged with theft by receiving stolen goods and possession of tools used for the commission of a crime.
