A 32 year-old homeless Rome man, Corey Eugene Hayes, was
arrested at the Gala Plaza shopping center after he allegedly yelled profanities
at a 30 year-old woman before stating “I’m going to kill you bi**h”.
Repots added that Hayes then refused to comply with officers
and not get into their patrol car.
Hayes is charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.
