A sex offender, Nathan Billy Joe Carroll, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week on numerous charges including failing to register at his new address as well as financial transaction card fraud.
Reports said that Carroll used someone else’s debit card without their permission to purchase $29.16 worth of pizza from Papa Johns.
Police went on to state that Carroll also failed to update his home address within72 hours after moving.
