Madison Suzanne Brown, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she carved “whore” in the hood of a woman’s car at her home on Dodd Blvd.
Reports said that Brown also scratched the victim’s right side of her vehicle causing over $500 in damages.
Brown is charged with criminal trespass and criminal damage to property.
