Justin Lee Huston, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him in possession of a stolen 1997 Toyota Camry.
Reports said that the he was found in physical control of the car at a location on Wayside Road.
Huston is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.
