Israel Aimon Wells, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he hit an unidentified woman in the face at the Dairy Queen on Spider Webb Drive.
Reports said that the victim suffered a visible scratch and bruise to her left eye.
Wells is charged with battery and probation violation.
