Jeffrey Warren Gibson, 48 of Aragon, was arrested this week after he allegedly poured an unidentified chemical agent on the head of a woman.
Reports said that Gibson made the woman leave the agent on her head for hours, which ended up causing numerous burns.
Police added that Gibson was found to be under the influence and in possession of methamphetamine.
Gibson is charged with battery, reckless conduct and possession of meth.
