David Milton Godfrey, 52 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said he broke into property on Craton Road and proceeded to steal scrap metal.
Reports added that while being taken into custody Godfrey was found with an illegal pill.
Godfrey is charged with theft by taking, criminal trespass and possession of a schedule II-controlled substance
