Joshua Dewayne Rittenhouse, 37 of Rome, was jailed this week for contempt of court, and was later found with methamphetamine at the Floyd County Jail.
Reports stated that while in the booking room deputies located a bag of suspected meth in Rittenhouse’s back pocket.
Rittenhouse is charged with possession of meth, crossing a guard line with drugs and contempt of superior court.
