Charles Vernor Reed, 48 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he stalked a woman at her home on Goodview Court after being told to stay away by the courts.
Reports said that Reed came to the victim’s house back on March 15th, following him being served a protective order.
Reed is charged with aggravated stalking.
