Ronald Alan Koehler, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he placed his hands around the throat of a woman and proceeded to force her to touch her intimate parts without her consent.
Reports said that Koehler also refused to allow the woman to leave his Dean Avenue home.
Koehler is charged with aggravated assault, false imprisonment and sexual battery.
