Ronald Douglas Yates, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week at Redmond Hospital after police said they found him wandering the halls, going through trashcans and rooms.
Reports said that Yates refused to leave after being asked to do so. He then became belligerent toward officers.
Yates is charged with criminal trespass.
