Anthony Holtzclaw, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she stole $1,500 from a woman’s hand while engaging in a domestic altercation.
Reports added that Holtzclaw bite the woman’s hand so that she would release the cash.
The incident occurred at Holtzclaw’s home on Blacks Bluff Road.
Holtzclaw is charged with robbery and simple battery.
