Travis Samuel -Forrest Vannell, 20 of Covington, was jailed in Rome after he allegedly attempted to get a minor boy to grab his penis.
Reports said that Vannell allegedly proceeded to grab the child’s penis and “wiggle it back and forth”.
Vannell is charged with sexual battery and enticing a child for indecent purposes.
