Christopher Wade Garrett, 32 of Silver Creek,and 34 year-old Amanda Lynn Sorrells, of Rockmart were arrested this week after police said they allgedly entered upon another’s property on Craton Road and proceeded to steal items belonging to the owner.
Reports added that while being taken into custody they were found in possession of a controlled substance while resisting law enforcement.
Both are charged with theft by taking, criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance and obstruction.
