Meredith Laine Burton, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found her in possession of marijuana while conducting a traffic stop.
Reports stated that Burton was pulled over for running a stop sign at the intersection of Blacks Bluff and the Loop.
Burton is charged with possession of marijuana and a stop sign violation.
