Cody Christopher Ball, 34 of Rome, was arrested after reports said he stole a 2002 Nissan Xterra from a home on Old Rockmart Road in Silver Creek,
Reports said that the SUV belonged to an elderly Silver Creek Man.
Ball is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
