Contravious Tymon Cross, 39 of Rome, was arrested after continuous stalking of another.
Reports said that Cross allegedly violated a protection order when he went to a home on East Valley Road and had direct contact with the victim.
The order was signed on March 4th and Cross violated it on March 11th.
Cross is charged with aggravated stalking and probation violation.
