Joshua Loyd Green, 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested this week after reports said he had sexual conversations with someone he thought to be a minor child.
Reports said that Green also engaged in sexual narratives with the intent to arouse his sexual desire.
Green is charged with sexual exploitation children and obscene internet contact with a child.
