Joey Erin Bates, 41 of Lindale, was arrested after police said he violated a protection order and began to stalk a 23 year-old man.
Reports said that when officers arrived on scene Bates become physical with officers, breaking a body camera belonging to the police in the process.
Bates is charged with aggravated stalking, felony obstruction and interference with government property.
