Titus Latrez Jackson, 37 of Cartersville, was arrested at the Burger King in Rome after he found someone’s credit card and proceeded to make numerous transactions with it.
Reports said that Jackson made three purchases with the card.
Jackson is charged with theft of mislaid property and three counts financial transaction card fraud.
