Bryson Wayne Hammond, 18, of Calhoun, was arrested at a home on Cave Spring Road in Rome after reports said he got face to face with an 18 year-old female and began to scream.
Reports said that Hammond placed the woman in fear of her safety.
Hammond is charged with simple assault.
