Tommy Roderick Baker, 52 of Calhoun, was arrested at a home on Cave Spring Road after he allegedly stomped on the head of an 18 year-old man with his feet.
Reports said that Baker started an altercation with the teen in which led to him stomping on his head.
The victim suffered markings and cuts as a result of the altercation.
Baker is charged with battery.
