Shaylene Montgomery, 30 of Kennesaw, was jailed in Rome after she allegedly slammed a victim down, causing an injury to their arm.
Reports added that the incident occurred in front of a child under the age of 18.
Montgomery is charged with simple battery and cruelty to children.
