Sandra Patricia Agustin Balcarcel, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she allegedly signed a documents at the Department of Driver Services with a fake name in order to get an ID.
Reports said that crime allegedly occurred back in August 2011.
Balcarcel is charged with false statements and writings to the government.
