Christian Jacob Bishop, 17 of Rome, was arrested at the intersection of Shorter Avenue and Kirton Street after police said they found him in possession of numerous bags of marijuana.
Police added that he was also found with a digital scale.
Bishop is charged with possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.
