Gary Dan Floyd Jr, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke a woman’s cellphone before pulling out a knife and telling her that he could “kill her if he wanted to”.
The incident occurred at a home on North Mclin Street.
Floyd is charged with simple assault and criminal trespass.
