Michael Brennan Hyde, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week on felony theft by shoplifting charges after he allegedly stole over $500 in clothing from a store at Mount Berry Square Mall.
Reports said that he stole two coats, one valued at $300 and the other $295,
Hyde is charged with felony shoplifting.
