Kevin Patrick Fox, 41 of Rome, was arrested at Fox Anothony Trucking on New Calhoun Highway after reports stated he hit another person in the mouth.
Reports added that Fox also yelled curse words while using provoking language.
The altercation occurred in front of a co-worker
Fox is charged with simple battery.
