Jeffrey Stuart Price, of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated his bond and made harassing contact with another man.
Reports said that Price is quoted to say “I hope I see him on the street so I can get his fat ass” to a deputy.
Price is charged with aggravated stalking and terroristic threat and acts.
