Aragon Man Threatens to “Beat officer’s a**”

Harvey Dewayan Thompson, 51 of Aragon, was arrested in Rome after telling a police officer that he was going to “beat his a$$”.

Reports said that Thompson issued the threat to the officer while at Floyd Medical Center.  The officer transported Thompson there in order to have blood work done for a DUI stop.

Thompson is charged with DUI, obstruction and open container.
