Dylan Thomas Mohler, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he swung at a jail officer and sheriff’s deputy with a closed fist.
Reports said that the incident occurred while he was being booked into the Floyd Count Jail.
Mohler was being arrested for driving on a suspended license.
Mohler is charged with two counts felony obstruction, speeding and driving on a suspended license.
