Toby Lance Eden, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he was in possession of a Walmart and Capital One Credit Card.
Reports said that Eden allegedly made over $720 in purchases back on January 1 from Walmart on Cartersville Highway.
Eden is charged with two counts financial transaction card fraud, theft by taking and parole violation.
