Jeremiah Edward Robbins, 37 of Rome, and Benjamin Edward Robbins, 34 of Rome, were jailed this week on numerous charges after an altercation on Auburn Lane.
Reports said that Benjamin was at a home of a person who had a TPO placed again him. Reports added that Benjamin hit the victim in the face causing injury.
Authorities continue to say that Jeremiah attacked a person in the home before driving on a suspended license while intoxicated.
Jeremiah Robbins is charged with simple battery, DUI, driving without insurance and driving on a suspended license.
Benjamin Robbins is charged with aggravated stalking and two counts of battery.
