Michael Van Adams, 51 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after police said he stole a Paslode framing gun and a Roto Zip tool from a shed on Rockmart Highway in Silver Creek.
Reports added that the theft occurred in April of 2016.
Adams is charged with theft by taking.
