Rome Man Jailed for Stealing from His Girlfriend

Gerald Thomas Moore III, 26 of Rome, has been charged with illegally writing $1,800 in checks on his girlfriends account without her approval.

Reports said that Moore wrote four checks and attempted to get cash from the United Community Bank between December 11 and 12th of last year.

Moore is charged with felony theft by taking.
