Teresa Moore, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she injured a 65 year-old man during an altercation on West Drive.
Reports said that the elderly victim suffered two 1-inch cuts to his head as a result of her hitting him with a six inch flashlight.
Moore is charged with battery.
