Jason Ordale Allen, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said Allen got into a verbal altercation with a 41 year-old woman and then proceeded to shove her out of bed.
Reports added that the altercation occurred at a home on West 11th Street.
Allen is charged with simple battery.
