Winsdale S Strickland, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he kicked a door in to the home of an disabled woman.
Reports added that Strickland became physical with the disabled person when he pushed her head in a backward direction.
Authorities went on to say that Strickland had also repeatedly illegally called the victim due to her having a TPO again him.
Strickland is charged with first degree burglary, abuse and neglect of disabled person, aggravated stalking, criminal damage to property, battery and probation violation.
